Our 30-minute Service Consultation is designed for clients who need focused guidance on a specific nonprofit matter, project, or organizational challenge. This session may be used to discuss nonprofit development, tax-exempt status, organizational infrastructure, fundraising, grant strategy, program development, board matters, or other areas related to building and strengthening a nonprofit organization.
During the consultation, Lone Star Non-Profit Development Collaborative will review your primary concern, provide strategic guidance, and help identify practical next steps based on your organization’s needs and goals.
